Excellent app, I’m only using the free version to organize and view my stocks, the interface is very user friendly. I would love to get the pro yet… I’m a dirt poor college student, enough said.

Very disapointed on how the digit displayed, far from what real time has, like Bloomberg, or CNBC which is more trusted. also, limited on the stock option, where as the XAU=USD is not available, which is not common. Not everyone need AAPL, GOGL, or whatever stock displayed on most stock apps, those are junk for us businessman.

Just started using it and I’m loving it already. I use the embedded stocks app on the iPhone but wanted something similar for my Macbook. This is perfect! I’ve set up my watch list and I love the ticker tape that’s going across my screen!

I have been very pleased with Stock+. It is very useful and I use it daily. It is great if you want to have a seperate program or app to view performance of indices, stocks you own, or stock watch lists (obviously you make the list of what you want - stocks, funds, indices, etc...) and you can easily move between different lists. To me it is simpler and easier than doing this in a browser. The paid version offers useful features such as being able to enter # of shares and cost. My suggestions for improvement would be the ability to adjust the "time period" of performance calculations and heat maps. There is a built in chart feature that DOES allow you to select a chart time frame (1d, 5d, 1m, 3m…) However the “list" of stocks or indices, or whatever list you create, only shows the DAILY “change" & “% change”. Also, the heat map only shows DAILY “change" & “% change”.. If you could set the time frame to any time period (1d, 3m, 3y) either in the top menu bar or sidebar, and that timeframe would apply to any “view” (the list view, the chart, and the heat map) - that would make this app great and take it to the next level of usefulness. I understand that would require the app to do calculations, but it would be imminently useful.

Very easy to use and provides all the information needed to track my stock portfolio. The “Heat Map” shows color coded performance of every stock and provides a great overview of stock gains and losses. (Of course, lately, it has been mostly Red!) Great value considering that the basic app is free. Highly recommended.

I purchased this app to track different portfolios, basically different 401K accounts which i have accumulated over the years. In some of the portfolios i have the same shares or USD dollar possitions. To be able to track them, I created different watch lists, but once the porgram detects that you have the same share or currency position, it will delete the previous one and input the latest value. In other words, you can not have in Watchlist or Portfolio 1 a posstion of usd 10K and in Portfolio 2 5K becuase it will take only the last one you input. I tried to contact this people and the email sections does not even have a Send Button. This is done by school kids and it is overpriced….I trying to see if I can get a refund!!!! but doubt it…..Stay away and use Fidelity or Yahoo Finance or Google Finance

Best ticker I could have hoped for, especially with the inverted color scheme in System Preferences>Accessibility. I have the dark theme with the ticker neatly opened along the top, start at login, and my stock picks loaded up. Its unobtrusive, stylish, and looks like its part of the rest of the theme.

Exactly what I was looking for, a simple unobtrusive ticker across the top of my screen. Easy to use; the heat map is interesting. I’m not really exploring any more features because it does what I wanted. And Free!

Stock+ is basic. It provides up to the minute market information. I can track several stocks and mutual funds at once. Replacing the Heat Map with commodity and curruncy quotes would make it better. I am happy with the app.

I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of having it as a widget in the notification bar. This is useless, when I try to add stocks it closes automatically making it impossible to add any. Fix this and I change the rating.

Needs an IOS beyond connection to Widget.

Excellent App!!!! Very easy to use and beautifully designed.

Still somewhat buggy even though it has updated like three times in the last couple of months. Right now it is refusing to display graphs. The general design is fine; they just need to get it working more reliably and then just leave it (I’m not sure why there are so many updates, which are slightly inconvenient: The thing is just streaming public info. Shouldn’t be that complicated. But I am not a computer expert...). OS X, Yosemite. UPDATE: Uninstalling it. I really don’t have time to udate this thing seemingly every coupe of weeks. It is not that complicated of a beast, and should really just run fine wthout constant tweaking—which, BTW, hasn’t addressed minor bugs.

I love being able to see the ticker going across the top edge of my computer screen so I can check how my investments are doing anytime I want. The best part is, being able to put only the stocks I follow on that ticker, so I don’t have to wait for what I want to see. You can also put the Dow Jones itself or etc. on the ticker so you can quickly check how the entire stock market is performing.
